The Thrive Programme was created by a U.K. therapist with over 30 years experience, is fully support by a great deal of scientific research, and is currently also being used in schools, businesses, organizations and hospitals – to great effect.

How can I help you learn to THRIVE?

My name is Ruth and I was the first Thrive Consultant in the United States. Currently, I live in Massachusetts, and offer coaching via Skype or phone. I can help you wherever you are located.
I became Thrive Consultant because the programme freed me from anxiety and a life-long phobia, and I want to help others free themselves too. I am here to help you create your thriving life. If you would like to know about my story, check out my 2-part blog post.
