What is thriving?
To thrive is to feel completely alive, powerful and in control. It is about being the best you can be in the situation that you find yourself.
When you are thriving, you are choosing to experience everything that is great about you and getting the most out of your life. You are able to maintain a helpful perspective and manage your thinking and beliefs to the point that you don’t suffer overwhelming stress, anxiety or other problems.
